an exciting week came to an end. With much pride. But a little melancholy ...

After a relaxing Monday Tuesday my first track training was announced under supervision.

The program looked like this:

I was still running after 60 minutes and twice each loose've spared on instructions. Neither swimming nor on the wheel I could.

Sunday was a showdown in Hördt. Sun. Blue sky and Popokalt. My Coachie me then seen the same in the parking lot, despite five shirts and two jackets detected because I felt it very cold.
