The week 8 to 14 March 1st
Hopefully the last cold winter week. I want to get on the bike again boarded more often ... without risk of a sheet of ice. Until it is
far as I've done this week 2x power and two loose wheel units, 14 Prior HM, Kandel on the plan.
I had in the three days before a cold and I have not felt 100% good. It
my first HM this year and my goal was to stay was less than 2 hours.
is first related to the starting area quickly, the organization is great and there you see there real old Laufkoriphäen. It is a beautiful old school organizing a local club.
After starting it went well with me going on and everything went according to plan. Too much. I was after 55 minutes at kilometer 10 and I had after the first few kilometers of the impression that I'm going too fast, I was finally. The times were back out longer and longer and thus was I planned about 3 minutes later than the target.
I think it's funny what one think of you as to reasons why the target was not met: Too much alcohol the week before? Was it too cold? Wrong diet? The cold?
All Pipifax, it just has not just passed, and finally, the run was fun, to whom I have fond memories back.
Even if I did not manage my time, I've been very nice surprise, what matters to me personally more than 3 minutes faster or slower.
Let's see what the next week.

Welke Celebrity Heeft Extensions

Hello,
an exciting week came to an end. With much pride. But a little melancholy ...
After a relaxing Monday Tuesday my first track training was announced under supervision.
The program looked like this:
arriving 10 minutes, gymnastics, coordination, 3 increases, 4 x 1000 m in each case about 4:50 min, 3 min rest in between, 10 min leakage. I felt really good after that and was great fun.
I was still running after 60 minutes and twice each loose've spared on instructions. Neither swimming nor on the wheel I could.
Sunday was a showdown in Hördt. Sun. Blue sky and Popokalt. My Coachie me then seen the same in the parking lot, despite five shirts and two jackets detected because I felt it very cold. Of course she immediately recognized me and greeted friendly. Of course, pointing out that I was much attracted to thick and was wearing at least 4 shirts and 2 jackets too. I still hear it was 100% and then a few minutes later, at the start, warmed up well.
is to run after the start it is not much to tell. 5 kilometers PB of 24:? a nice flat and clear track. My Coachie ran half the distance with me and corrected with my running style. Is difficult to run fast and commands to implement. In the fast pace of spider, foot, straight, breathing, make sure ... is gggaaannnzzzz exhausting. Maybe I was therefore so fast - because I wanted to have my peace ;-)
The images were pretty clear, and technically I have run there a lot of work ahead of me.
The 10 was quite harmless release, on the open field I've been freezing your butt (blow someone says, you'd have to run faster, I ask you, why I have not seen your ass there, either before or behind me ) and otherwise there was nothing to report. Except for the small matter that I had a sudden my starting point in the hand. Had the thing is Just became self-employed. Well, breakdowns happen, but run times with such a note in his hand. You do not wear it visibly, threatened with a DSQ.
So I'm soon running four kilometers with such a stupid thing in his hand, which of course upset. Nevertheless, I ran a very good run for me.
Equipment Technically I have nothing new, only just do a lot with my Airflexkissen for foot muscles .. It's fun because it is a very pleasant feeling.

now come again slowly, the spring would, then the world would be OK with me.
Next week it goes to a quiet, at 14.3. is the second event for 2010: Half Marathon Kandel.
